Obvious, obvious, and surprise!
So, what do you think of the three who are advancing, and those who are not? Remember, there is still the Wild Card three, so someone else from this group could still be in the top 12.
Casey - out. (duh)
Stephen - out. (okay)
Alexis Grace - in! This one seemed obvious. I loved her dad, aka Jerry Garcia, crying happy tears.
Ricky Braddy - out. (who? no, really, we didn't see him until yesterday)
Jackie Tohn - out. Bummer. I kind of liked her.
Anoop - out. (okay)
Michael Sarver - in. Surprise!! Wow. This surprised me, and I have to say I'm happy about it.
Brent Keith - out. (Fine with me.)
Stevie Wright - out. Thank goodness. That was really bad yesterday.
Tatiana Del Toro - out. But have we seen the last of her? I doubt it!
Danny Gokey - in. Good! (Did you guys know that his wife recently died? I'm just mentioning it because they never talk about it or show pictures or let anyone know. So, I'm just letting you know.)
Here's the deal. Don't feel bad for Casey, she already has bikini photos on a calendar, and will be fine. Stephen Fowler is already in the music industry. Jackie Tohn apparently is also an actress and has had lots of roles. Anoop - he's smart, educated, no worries there. Anne Marie - she's already a singer. That's what she does. Brent Keith - heck, he's already been on Nashville Star!

Questions: Did you enjoy the Carly and Michael appearance and duet? I personally fast-forwarded through 90% of it, wondering why I liked Michael so much last season. What was I thinking? And, who was crying in the Red Room besides Jerry Garcia? Was it Anne Marie's brother? Boyfriend? Adam Lambert's double? Brent Keith's BFF? And, where was the other BFF Jamar? And, what will happen with Tatiana?

ReplyDeleteI am a huge Anoop fan. I was not okay with this. He has natural talent and real soul. I am crossing my fingers for Wildcard pick and I am feeling pretty confident.
I did like Michael too, so I wasn't upset he was picked by any means. Just reallly sad about Anoop.
Danny and Alexis were obvious picks, as you said.
Did anyone else feel a little awkward after Danny's reaction to winning? I dunno, I got the cocky vibe. Although, I probably wouldn't have wanted to hug Tatiana either....
I didn't like how Anoop was sittin all slouched in his chair. I do like his voice, and you might be right about him as the wild card, as Ryan made a point of saying how close he was to Michael in votes.
